GETTING TO NUSA LEMBONGAN

Several cruise and transfer options are available to Nusa Lembongan. Boats take from half an hour to two hours to cross the Badung Strait, and the Wallace Line, the divide between the Australian and Asian Continents. Lembongan Bay, which lies within the Lembongan Reef, is the only safe anchorage within fifty km of Bali, and almost all cruises and ferries arrive at the same destination, and offer such a variety of venues and options, that all expectations can be met, depending on your requirements.

Perama is a local transfers only operator for the budget traveler, without same day return, and has a network of connecting bus-links from around Bali. Departs from Pantai Sanur (Sanur Beach). Most cruises depart from Benoa Harbour, or Sanur Beach, on Bali. Brochures for all the dive companies and cruise operators to Lembongan are located in hotel foyers and throughout Bali. It is also possible to reach other destinations such as Padang Bay, Nusa Penida, Lombok and the Gili Islands from Lembongan. Transfers, dive and surf trips may be arranged confidently on Lembongan.
